When you sign in with Google we store your name, email address and profile picture. When you connect Google Business Profile we store OAuth tokens, your business accounts, locations, customer reviews (reviewer name, rating, text) and the replies generated and posted by the Service. We store your AI preferences and subscription status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
ReviewPilot AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Business Profile data is used solely to display your reviews to you and to post replies you have approved or configured for automatic posting. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Review text is sent to OpenAI to generate suggested replies. It is not used to train models under OpenAI's API terms.
We send transactional emails only (pending approvals, failed replies, billing and trial notices).
Data is kept while your account is active. You can export all your data or permanently delete your account (including all stored reviews, replies and tokens) from the Account page at any time. Deleting your account also revokes our stored Google tokens.
